I help business owners and ‘wanna-be’ entrepreneurs, take profitable action steps to build a successful business using tips and simple strategies that are actionable to help them create a life of purpose and passion.
For over 7 years, I’ve been running several successful businesses. It’s grown very slowly from a one-person shop to a fast growing company.
So I’ve learned a tremendous amount from building my own businesses and making my own mistakes.
While it hasn’t always been easy, becoming an entrepreneur has been one of the most exhilarating, rewarding and satisfying journeys of my life.
How it all Began...
It has always been a dream of mine to be a business owner, running multiple businesses all over the world.
I started my journey by studying Computer Science in the early years when computer wasn’t a popular topic or trend and it has always fascinated me how I can use that means to do business.
Fast forward to many years later and I furthered in Strategic Business IT and this opened a whole lot more of what I could do to BE, DO and HAVE more!
I have worked in various job spectrum and also specialised in Project Management and worked in several high level roles managing various projects.
However, I knew running my own ‘Business Empire’ as I used to call it … was my secret dream.
After many years of working in the well-heeled offices of various NHS Trusts, Accounting firms, and Corporate offices, I decided “I’m ready to take the Island and burn the boat.”
I have always had the nudge that I wasn’t interested in sitting behind a corporate desk and being answerable to bosses for the rest of my life.
I wanted to be really successful, I wanted freedom to look after my family, to travel anywhere in the world, gain knowledge and experience and I wanted that on my own terms, through my hard work and grace of God which has always been availed to me.
My opportunity came during my second child’s maternity leave. My husband wasn’t working at this time and my salary was supporting us both. I used this period to plan our launch into the business world and since 2011 we’ve not looked back.
We’ve since created and launched several successful businesses in different niches from Residential and Commercial cleaning, Cargo and Freight services, Real Estate and Property Management, Financial services, Convenience Retail and a Local Post Office.
We’ve been running our businesses successfully for over 8 years and it continues to grow and branch out. The more I learn in business, the clearer I see that my purpose is to also help other entrepreneurs launch out, start and build a business of their dream and also help business owners take their business to new heights.
